Lucille H. Campey introduced the sixth in her series of books on Scottish emigration to Canada, Les Ecossais, The Pioneer Scots of Lower Canada, 1763-1855 at the June meeting. Dr. Campey, a Canadian living in Britain, has over 30 years experience as a researcher and author. In this, her second presentation to Ottawa genealogical societies in recent years, she provided an over-view of her fully documented account of the migration of Scots to Lower Canada..
