The store list all your online orders and the details for each
The Advance Search button opens the searching option menu and chooses for the columns of information you want to see and the order for the columns
Advance Search columns we need most often is Dates, Line Item for product name, Product Options for seeing the options on a order and Show the following columns where we select Product options - Serialized Extra Values, to display the product options in the report
You can export search results from the search page as well.
Store Online Orders
The store opens to the Online Order Workflow tab
Here we see the list of recent orders and notes about payment method and date
Once orders have been clarified correct and paid we click the checkbox for them and click the Complete and Archive button
Store Reports - Reports By Line Item
At the Store page, locate and click on the Reports Tab
Locate and click on the Reports - By Line Item Tab
This will create a report of the online order by product name
Locate and click on the Advance Search button above the Prepared Reports option list
Advance Search Options
When you click on the Advance Search button you open the list of search options you can choose from
Line Item Option
To do a search related to the product name, click on the down arrow for Line Item Name, and select Contains, and the type in the text relevant for product name information you want a report on.
Search for Product Option you need a report on
Click on Name for the Product Option Name and select Begins With to see the values in the column or Contain, and type in the information you are looking to see in your report
Click Value to see the Production Option choose and and select Begins With to see the values in the column or Contain, and type in the information you are looking to see in your report
Select the columns you want to see in the report
Click on Show the Following Columns to select the columns you want to see in your report
Select Searlized Extra Values to see the product option chooses in your report
